Experiencing my third weFamily Day made me realize just how special this place (weDevs) truly is! 💙
On February 8th, 2025, I headed to the office, excited yet unsure of what to expect. But as soon as I arrived, I was welcomed by smiling faces, warm greetings, and an atmosphere buzzing with joy. This wasn’t just another office event—it was a heartfelt celebration of togetherness.
With 186 team members and their families, we embarked on a fun-filled journey to Aronnobash. The scenic beauty, lush greenery, and vibrant energy set the perfect stage for an unforgettable day. From the moment we stepped off the bus, I could feel the warmth of the weDevs family.
The day was packed with fun activities, laughter, and genuine connections. Watching my colleagues introduce their families and seeing the pride in their eyes was heartwarming. It reminded me that we’re not just coworkers—we’re a community bound by respect, support, and shared dreams.
One of the highlights for me was the introductory session, where our founders, Tareq Hasan and Nizam Uddin, spoke about the importance of family, growth, and togetherness. Hearing them talk about their vision and values gave me a deeper appreciation for the culture we have at weDevs. It’s not just about work; it’s about growing together as one big family.
The day continued with thrilling games, delicious food, and a much-anticipated raffle draw. I joined in on the laughter, cheered for winners, and even made some wonderful memories with my team.
But what touched me the most was the spirit of gratitude and celebration. Whether it was during the team photo session, the prize-giving ceremony, or simply chatting over lunch, the sense of belonging was undeniable.
As the sun began to set, I couldn’t help but feel grateful. Grateful to be part of a company that not only values hard work but also celebrates the people behind it. Grateful to be surrounded by incredible teammates who inspire me every day.
weFamily Day 2025 wasn’t just an event—it was a reminder that at weDevs, we’re more than just colleagues. We’re a family. And together, we shine, we celebrate, and we grow.
